Problems with hpp

Hello everyone, i have some problems that acuired 2 days ago, in the morning when i play csgo everything works fine, in the afternoon, i get error and else

Where it says downloading 4/14 mb in the morning it loads like in 10s and in afternoon 1 minute or longer

and then after waiting it says error like it shows in photo, how to fix?
