Waiting for game launch

When I start the game, I launch the launcher and it doesn’t see the game and it’s always the same thing, 
the same with Steam, 
but my Steam accounts with cs 1.6 are all banned, 
and the cheat doesn’t launch on non-Steam, 
what should I do? ;(

get a new account then 

hpp works only on steam version

Yea but i think u can still inject on banned steam
